Cancellation Policy

Marin Boxing Academy HATES charging for no-showed classes and individualized training sessions. However, we want to ensure that those wanting to get into a class or training session time are able to when possible.

If I schedule an individualized training session and can't make that time, I agree if I do not give at least 12 hours' notice, my payment for that training session is non-refundable.
If I sign up for a boxing class and can't make that time, I agree if I do not give 12 hours' notice, I will be charged a $5 late cancel/no-show fee to my credit card on file.

 PLEASE give us notice - we don't want to charge you, but we want your teammates to have the opportunity to attend training when you are not able to. 

Liability Waiver

As a customer or prospective customer at Marin Boxing Academy, I agree that all activities and use of facilities shall be undertaken by myself at my sole risk. Marin Boxing Academy and its staff shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions whatsoever to me or my property arising out of or connected with the use of any of the services and facilities of the gym or the grounds on which the gym is located. I expressly forever release and discharge the gym from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions; and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the partnership which owns the gym , its partners, agents and employees. 

Code of Conduct

As a teammate or prospective teammate at Marin Boxing Academy, I understand that my actions, whether in the gym or not, are a direct reflection on Marin Boxing Academy; its team, other customers, and partners/affiliates. I understand and agree that, as a customer or teammate of Marin Boxing Academy, I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively upon myself, my teammates, and my coaches.

 I agree that, if I fail to adhere to Marin Boxing Academy's Code of Conduct, I risk forfeiting my ability and right to train at Marin Boxing Academy. If I am asked to leave Marin Boxing Academy due to my failure to adhere to Marin Boxing Academy's Code of Conduct, I agree to forfeit any monies paid for individual or group training. I also agree to not hold Marin Boxing Academy and employees, teammates, owners, and partners responsible for any lost training, paid dues/individualized sessions, or any other financial or non-financial liabilities resulting in my forfeiture.  

Membership Agreement

Upon signing a membership agreement with Marin Boxing Academy, I agree to fulfill the financial obligation of the contract. I understand that in signing up for a monthly recurring membership, I am authorizing Marin Boxing Academy to automatically process payment for the amount due based on the membership I select. If I must cancel my membership prior to completion, I agree I am responsible for paying the remaining balance due in order to complete the agreement.
